This role is strategic for Zeely’s technical growth: you will influence not only how we build, but how fast and how well we ship.
Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the frontend architecture for a complex AI-driven product built on a modern React stack.
Lead and grow a Frontend team (10+ engineers), set technical standards, and provide mentorship.
Drive key technical decisions with full ownership — from architectural rationale to implementation and long-term impact.
Ensure production-grade quality from the first iteration, balancing speed and engineering excellence.
Optimize server state management, performance, and UX for high-load B2C environments.
Oversee the full SDLC: from idea and design alignment to release and measurable product impact.
Lead and structure the code review process, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and clean architecture.
Maintain high code quality standards, including testing strategy and technical documentation.
Work in a continuous delivery environment with frequent releases.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure business impact, usability, and data-driven decision-making.
What You Need to Join Us:
3+ years in a Lead / Team Lead role, managing and mentoring 10+ engineers in a fast-paced product environment.
8+ years of hands-on Frontend experience, with deep production expertise in React.
Strong TypeScript proficiency, including scalable architecture design and maintainable codebases.
Proven experience defining and evolving frontend architecture in high-load B2C products (100k+ users).
Production experience with a modern stack, including:
Redux Toolkit and/or RTK Query for complex client/server state management;
Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui for building scalable UI systems;
React Hook Form for complex, performance-sensitive forms.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, server-state management, and UX under load.
Experience operating in continuous delivery environments with frequent releases.
Ability to balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability and engineering quality.
Strong ownership mindset: from architectural decisions to measurable product impact.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
English at Intermediate+ level and fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day team collaboration.
Would Be a Strong Advantage:
Experience integrating payments and subscription logic (Stripe or similar providers).
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Sentry, etc.).
Experience building data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, charts, large tables, filtering, virtualization).
Experience implementing real-time or near-real-time updates (SSE, polling, WebSockets).
Experience working with design systems (both custom-built and ready-made).
Experience with Next.js or modern SSR frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience with React in production (7+ years overall front-end experience preferred), including real ownership of front-end areas in product teams.
Solid TypeScript skills — deep understanding of type safety, scalable architecture, and maintainable codebases.
Production experience with a modern front-end stack, including:
Redux Toolkit and/or RTK Query for complex state and server-state management;
Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui for building scalable, consistent UI systems;
React Hook Form for complex, performance-sensitive forms.
Strong understanding of modern front-end development practices, including component architecture, performance considerations, and maintainability.
Experience working in product teams using Agile processes, with the ability to operate in environments with evolving requirements and partial ambiguity.
Strong skills in building adaptive, responsive, and accessible layouts, with a pixel-perfect mindset and close attention to UI details as a core part of engineering quality.
Language proficiency: English at Intermediate level or higher and fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day communication with the team.
Would Be a Strong Advantage:
