Position Purpose: Responsible for leading the Finance System Analyst team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring project alignment with business goals, and driving the overall direction of financial systems.

  • Coordinates daily operations and activities of the team.
  • Ensures projects are aligned with business objectives, completed on time and within budget.
  • Provides broader guidance on project management to ensure the overall quality.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between the Finance department and other departments, including IT.
  • Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepares and presents reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Participates in the development and execution of strategic plans for financial systems.
  • Leads the finance systems product backlog and prioritizes development efforts.
  • Provides support and mentorship to production support staff assistance with complex issue resolution.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their integration.
  • Support managers to lead cross-functional teams in system implementation and improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required: 5+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role, with leadership experience required. Extensive knowledge of financial systems, data management, and project management required.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
