Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with Operations, Accounting and Finance teams to analyze P&L results, investigate budget variances, and forecast performance.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve site profitability, ancillary revenues, and operating efficiencies.
• Drive the Operations annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes in compliance with corporate directives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
• Support deal bid reviews, RFP responses and contract-related analyses by ensuring financial completeness, auditability, and timely escalation of key risks to senior leadership.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for operational initiatives.
• Monitor Client A/R reporting to escalate collections risks and trends for remediation.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.
• Support MBR & QBR meetings by coordinating and preparing performance analyses and presentation materials.
• Analyze operational performance, revenue trends, labor productivity, and contract profitability.
• Partner to develop and maintain recurring reports, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards utilizing Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational results.
• Identify opportunities to implement policies and streamline workflows to improve financial performance, reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
• Document processes and develop standardized reporting methodologies across business units.
• Leverage Power BI, Excel, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions to improve reporting and operational insights.
• Support implementation and enhancement of company systems, reporting platforms, and operational technologies.

Skills, Knowledge, Expertise and Requirements
• Knowledge of operational and GAAP financial reporting concepts.
• Must have strong communication, leadership and organizational skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Ability to challenge the status quo.
• Experience within parking, transportation, hospitality, retail, real estate, or multi-site service operations preferred
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI platforms preferred.
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools preferred
• Experience working with ERP, workforce management, or Salesforce preferred
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database concepts.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, FP&A, consulting, or related analytical roles.
· Ability to travel 10–20% as required for operational reviews and business meetings.
· Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
