Being responsible for the engineering, preparation and execution of our projects;
developing method statements for our works before we go execute them offshore;
reviewing and checking Orcaflex work from the engineering department;
reviewing detailed engineering reports, procedures, manuals and method statements;
developing work-packs for the preparatory phase of the project;
when on site, optimizing and implementing the method statements in practice and taking the Lead when necessary;
taking care of ad hoc needs of the project and actively respond to questions from the project management;
ensuring planning, reporting, budget control and cost monitoring.
Bachelor / Master degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Dredging or Marine Engineering;
experience in the area of subsea cable installation projects;
willingness to work abroad on our vessels or projects and in the office;
fluent in verbal and written English;
excellent team player and a good communicator.
