Develop prototypes and build features integral to the global ecommerce sites. Take a lead role in code audits, design reviews, weekly sprints, holiday readiness activities and reference application governance. Develop technical implementation plans and timelines with key engineering stakeholders and enterprise standards. Identify and enforce overall technology principles, framework, and standards. Align the platform vision and overall roadmap with the technical requirements of e-commerce stack. Work with business partners for template improvements, new feature developments, process analysis and technical recommendations. Communicate with management team, and business area experts to improve product functionality, resolve issues, voice risks, and quantify constraints. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to solution partners and client developers regarding the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce solutions based on Commerce Cloud best practices.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or foreign equivalent; must have 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position; must have experience with the following: in handling Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects spanning global markets/regions; with JavaScript, React, Node.js along with, PHP, Java, or SQL; with e-Commerce ecosystems and processes that include end-to-end data flows and processing from order management, fulfilment, payments, customer service, and other back-end systems; with modern HTML, CSS, and web standards; with debugging web pages using Chrome Dev Tools or similar tools; and with various client side and server-side technologies.
Telecommuting work permitted; Position may work in various unanticipated location throughout the U.S.
Offering a salary of at least at least $179,982 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience. 40 hrs. per week.
