Job Description:

The Role:

This role can be based out of the following locations on a hybrid model with 3 days a week onsite:Bedford, MA; Aurora, IL; Chaska, MN; Colorado Springs, CO.

Entegris is seeking a Change Manager for our Digital Transformation Hub team in either our Billerica, Chaska or Aurora, IL locations.  The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of strategic programs with a focus on the people side of Digital Transformation. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for projects. The role requires a strong background in change management, with excellent communication and coaching skills.  As a Change Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving meaningful change across our organization, empowering teams to embrace innovation and new ways of working.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with business teams to perform stakeholder analysis and understand change impacts.
  • Develop change management plans to address stakeholder concerns and drive adoption of digital projects.
  • Outline communication and engagement plans that support stakeholders through change.
  • Coach and lead project teams through Entegris’ change management methodology to ensure the highest level of impact and adoption.
  • Identify and engage change champions to accelerate change adoption.
  • Support project teams with the creation of impactful communication artifacts.
  • In collaboration with project business leaders, assess change readiness to support go/no-go decisions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change.
  • Help project teams to identify and manage potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
  • May include some travel for project-related workshops and collaboration, <10%.

What We Seek:

  • Proven experience in change management
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Manager or equivalent role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Change Management practitioner certification; Prosci or other
  • Experience leading change efforts in Digital Transformation

  • Compensation: $122,500 - $153,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
