Job Description:

The Role: 

Entegris is seeking a Change Manager for our Digital Transformation Hub teamThe Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of strategic programs with a focus on the people side of Digital Transformation. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for projects. The role requires a strong background in change management, with excellent communication and coaching skills.   

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner closely with Senior Leaders and Product Owners to implement comprehensive change management strategies projects. 

  • Influence Program Sponsors and Executive team to drive Change and adoption of projects. 

  • Coach and lead project teams through Entegris’ change management methodology to ensure highest level impact and adoption. 

  • In collaboration with project business leaders, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. 

  • Create and manage detailed change management plans, including communication, engagement, and support activities. 

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments. 

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change. 

  • Help project teams to identify and manage potential risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies. 

  • May include some travel for project-related workshops and collaboration, <10%. 

 

What We Seek: 

  • Proven experience in change management 

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Manager or equivalent role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Outstanding Candidates Will Have: 

  • Change Management practitioner certification; Prosci or other  

  • Experience leading change efforts in Digital Transformation

  • Compensation: $122,500 - $153,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
