About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the transformation of Contact Center Operations through data strategy and modernization initiatives. This role is part of the Global Operations Data, Analytics, and Reporting organization and will focus on implementing new capabilities such as cloud-based data environments, vendor tools, and software solutions aligned with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic programs that enhance contact center data capabilities.
  • Drive accountability and efficiency across initiatives while managing risk and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of data support functions and overall business performance.
  • Conduct data-driven assessments to solve complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Make informed decisions in complex scenarios, facilitate issue resolution, and support implementation of strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Execution teams and leadership to advance key initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data strategy, reporting, and change management within large organizations, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong background in contact center operations and business execution.
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs or projects.
  • Familiarity with Wells Fargo product management and process engineering.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and testing.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
