Are you passionate about turning business needs into impactful digital solutions? As a Lead CMS Business Analyst, you'll partner with clients, strategists, designers, and engineers to deliver enterprise web experiences powered by leading content management platforms like Sitecore.

In this role, you'll combine business analysis, product thinking, and client partnership to guide projects from discovery through delivery. You'll help define solutions, align stakeholders, and ensure that business goals are translated into clear, actionable requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise CMS implementations, including Sitecore.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and developers to define solution approaches.
  • Create process flows, user stories, documentation, and other artifacts that support delivery.
  • Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Facilitate roadmap discussions and prioritization sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Support change management processes and project planning activities.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate client training sessions.
  • Mentor and support other business analysts and team members.
  • Build strong client relationships and help ensure successful project outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience working in a client-facing business analysis, product, or consulting role.
  • Experience supporting enterprise websites and CMS platforms such as Sitecore.
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience translating business needs into solutions that technical teams can successfully deliver.
  • Knowledge of content modeling, data modeling, or information architecture concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, disciplines, and time zones.

At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

 

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 - $110,00. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
