About the role
The Lead Analyst, Acquisition will own the foundational strategy, infrastructure, and execution of marketing analytics at AgelessRx, with a broad scope including building and scaling the Acquisition Analytics domain. This role sits within the centralized Data & Analytics team and blends high-impact individual contributor work with growing leadership responsibilities, overseeing Acquisition Analytics analysts (e.g., Web, Experimentation).

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building analytics capabilities from the ground up, and is excited to scale a team and domain over time. You’ll be the go-to expert on Acquisition Analytics—partnering closely with Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize performance across the entire marketing and purchase funnels.

You will lead both the strategic vision and hands-on execution of how we analyze and optimize customer acquisition—from media spend efficiency and attribution modeling to landing page and CRM performance—while laying the foundation for a broader Acquisition Analytics domain.

As the team grows, you will play a critical role in hiring, formalizing processes, and establishing best-in-class measurement frameworks to support AgelessRx’s continued growth.

What you'll do

Acquisition Analytics Leadership

  • Own the Acquisition Analytics domain, acting as the primary partner for all growth-related measurement, modeling, and strategy
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing technical guidance, prioritization, and professional development
  • Collaborate with D&A leadership to scale the Acquisition Analytics domain, including hiring, onboarding, and defining best practices as the team grows

Growth & Funnel Analytics

  • Lead full funnel analytics—from first impression to conversion—to drive efficient, scalable customer acquisition
    • Web funnel and landing page performance (strong preference for experience with Heap)
    • Lifecycle marketing insights (strong preference for Braze)
    • Paid media performance and budget optimization (strong preference for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)
  • Analyze and provide optimization insights for key performance metrics: CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, and incrementality
  • Analyze creative, audience, landing page, and pricing tests to guide campaign strategy
  • Support marketing mix modeling (MMM), causal inference, and incrementality testing to improve attribution and optimize spend

Data Infrastructure & Analytics Enablement

  • Write performant, production-ready SQL to power reports and ad hoc analyses
  • Build and maintain scalable data models in dbt to support self-serve dashboards and automated reporting
  • Own the accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness of acquisition data by proactively conducting QA and validation
  • Contribute to shared analytics frameworks and standardization across the Acquisition Analytics domain

Campaign & Media Optimization

  • Partner with the Paid Media team to improve targeting, efficiency, and creative effectiveness across paid channels
  • Enhance attribution frameworks to accurately evaluate cross-channel performance
  • Collaborate closely with Web Analytics to optimize landing page performance and conversion rates, ensuring seamless post-click experiences that drive acquisition goals
  • Support scalable experimentation through testing frameworks for creative, audience, landing pages, and pricing tests

Prospect CRM & Email Experimentation

  • Analyze email campaign performance—including transactional and promotional flows—to improve engagement and conversion
  • Own top-of-funnel CRM reporting, guiding action through segmentation, automation, and experimentation

Cross-Functional Impact & Strategic Influence

  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to Paid Media, Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand stakeholders
  • Present complex analyses and insights to a range of audiences, including senior leadership
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the acquisition funnel
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, measurable analytics projects

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in data or marketing analytics, with a strong record of driving measurable growth in consumer-focused or growth-stage companies
  • Experience leading or managing analysts, including prioritization, mentoring, and performance development
  • Deep expertise in marketing and acquisition analytics, including paid media, landing page optimization, and lifecycle marketing performance
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Strong BI and visualization skills with ability to build clear, scalable dashboards—strong preference for Tableau
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience conducting analysis in notebook-based environments (e.g., Hex or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing measurement methodologies, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and causal inference
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems—including paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels
  • Experience with product and lifecycle tools—strong preference for Heap and Braze
  • Proven self-starter with strong business intuition, excellent communication skills, and a highly collaborative working style
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a bias for action

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
