Locations: Kansas City, MO - hybrid | MO, TX, FL, GA, or MA - remote

What You Will Get To Do:

• Join a team that creates industry-leading data and analytics solutions in a cloud platform utilizing diverse data sets, tools, and technologies.

• Integrate data and analytics solutions within CRM systems and a modern client portal.  
• Work closely with our product team and clients to build data and analytics solutions.
• Join a high-performing and collaborative Scrum Team working in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and share knowledge with other members of the development and product teams.

What You Will Bring:

• Natural curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and experience delivering successful data and analytics-driven product solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills and an appreciation for documentation.
• Professional experience creating and delivering product solutions with LLM and/or Gen AI.
• Experience with model tuning, prompt engineering, data modeling, and data preparation.
• Proficient in Python with knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience in AWS:  Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift DB, Dynamo DB, Bedrock, and QuickSight.
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Proactive and flexible in daily work assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with SQL
• Passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within a team environment.
• Demonstrate an understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or a high school degree and 5 years of related experience.

Preferred requirements

• Experience in integrating solutions within native CRM applications like Salesforce.
• Experience in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
