Job Requirements
Who You Are:
- Strategic and creative thinker with 5+ years of L&D experience (global experience is a plus)
- Strong communicator and collaborator who can lead and impact
- Experienced in leading and maximizing the use and effectiveness of diverse learning systems
- Proven experience managing global learning programs end-to-end
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Curious, tech-savvy, and passionate about leading employee growth
