The Launch & Business Operations Program Manager will drive operational execution across key cross-functional initiatives with a primary focus on supporting go-to-market launch excellence and improving operational efficiency. This role will manage complex projects across the full project lifecycle — from intake and planning through execution and post-launch success tracking — while ensuring strategic alignment, operational rigor, and continuous improvement across Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders.
This person will also support broader business operations needs, including reporting, resource planning, process optimization, and strategic initiative tracking tied to company-wide priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Manage complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle predominantly focused on pre and post launch activities.
- Drive project planning, staffing alignment, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Equip Go-to-Market teams through enablement materials, internal documentation, FAQs, and training support to ensure readiness for launch.
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned launches and strategic projects, coordinating across Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Product, and Operations.
- Enable improved organizational communication by implementing standardized frameworks for project updates, launch retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration.
- Proactively identify misalignment risks across teams and escalate/resolution manage as needed to protect program success.
- Support business operations activities including process design, documentation, resource planning, and project intake prioritization.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency and scalability across marketing and GTM functions.
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Launch Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or Product Operations within a SaaS, technology, or fast-paced B2B environment.
- Strong operational rigor, disciplined program execution, and attention to detail.
- Structured systems thinker able to navigate ambiguity and turn it into actionable plans.
- Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives, including go-to-market product launches.
- Highly organized with strong planning, resource management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to synthesize complex information for multiple stakeholder levels.
- Service-oriented mindset, but comfortable enforcing process discipline when necessary to drive better outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools a plus (Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Tableau, etc.).
- Comfortable working with user data and basic understanding of funnels, segmentation, and KPIs.
- Operates with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence.
