The L3 Systems Engineer will provide full-time remote support for Microsoft-centric environments, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud and server systems. Candidates must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, networking, and cybersecurity, alongside excellent communication skills.

A premier Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a highly energetic team player for Remote Senior Engineer position to support clients on a full-time basis.
Candidate must be passionate about computers & technology and should be highly proficient in Microsoft Server and Cloud Platforms. MSP Experience a plus and working with different verticals and network types. Must be up to date on the latest technologies and be able troubleshoot and learn quickly.
Must Be Experienced And Proficient In
5+ years supporting Microsoft-centric environments (MSP experience strongly preferred).
Deep hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Administration (tenant-level support)
- Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access
- Active Directory (AD DS), GPO, DNS fundamentals
- Networking
- Cybersecurity
Strong troubleshooting ability across:
- Authentication and sign-in issues
- Mail flow, client connectivity, profile issues
- Permissions and access control problems
- Endpoint and policy-related issues (Windows)

- Provide general desktop, user and hardware support
- Provide proactive system maintenance including backup solutions
- Provide general connectivity and troubleshooting support
