You’ll work closely with stakeholders, creative teams, and cross-functional partners to schedule content, manage social media calendars, track campaign performance, and support brand voice and community engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming requests from internal stakeholders, managing deadlines and deliverables across multiple teams

  • Write and review social copy tailored to platform best practices and brand tone

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date content calendar

  • Produce reports on social performance using KPIs like engagement rate, reach, and follower growth

  • Monitor social trends and contribute ideas for optimization, A/B testing, and engagement strategy

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, digital content management, or community management

  • Proven track record managing multi-channel content calendars and social campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills

  • Experience using Sprinklr, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience creating or collaborating on performance reports and providing data-driven insights

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred — or equivalent experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with B2B and tech-related content is a plus
