Position Summary


As a Junior Scheduling Engineer, you will prepare, update or review construction schedules in Primavera P6. In this role you will meet with clients to develop and update project schedules; review and analyze schedules; evaluate delay analyses and change order requests for entitlement. You will also draft project-related correspondence. This role will enrich your continued learning as you will be exposed to a vast portfolio of projects from horizontal to vertical construction.

Position Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related scheduling experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Must have CPM and hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6.

Additional Requirements

 

Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.

 

Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
