The Junior Sales Representative will support the Enterprise Sales Executive, assist in managing sales cycles, conduct research, prepare materials, and optimize sales processes to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Cycle Support: Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive to support all phases of the sales cycle—from discovery to proposal to close—helping drive faster deal progression and higher close rates.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and materials for prospect calls, attend meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Opportunity Acceleration: Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in active deals by preparing follow-ups, gathering client materials, and coordinating internal resources to keep deals moving forward.
- Research & Prospecting: Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers, prepare sales materials, and gather insights to personalize outreach.
- Client Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Assist in preparing for high-stakes client meetings (e.g., custom decks, tailored demos, competitive insights), attend calls as needed, take detailed notes, and own follow-up actions to maintain deal momentum.
- Sales Material Optimization: Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific verticals or clients to increase resonance and conversion.
- Pipeline Intelligence: Monitor active opportunities and provide timely updates or alerts on key actions needed to advance or close deals.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to gather and deliver information quickly—shortening response times on proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts.
- Competitor Analysis: Gather and maintain up-to-date intel on competitor offerings and positioning to help tailor messaging and overcome objections effectively.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM entries to support effective forecasting, follow-up, and pipeline hygiene.
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and improve internal processes to reduce sales cycle friction.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow in enterprise tech sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office, and sales engagement platforms.
- Interest in financial technology or collections is a plus.
