Assist the Project Manager in coordinating projects, scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, risk management, and providing technical support.

Within just a couple of years, our team grew uDp more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Assistance: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing commercial and R&D projects from initiation to completion.
- Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and refresh relevant information stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare the project documentation, which includes reports, presentations, and updates on the project status.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Monitor project risks and colaborate with the Project Manager to implement mitigation strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Assist with resource planning and allocation to ensure the efficient use of team members and tools.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support by leveraging Unmanned Vehicles, AI, and Data Science knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Support the quality assurance process by making sure project deliverables meet the specified requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities are essential, particularly when balancing diverse stakeholder needs and project specifications.
- Proficiency in preparing project documentation and communicating with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of Unmanned Vehicles, AI, or Data Science concepts and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and to navigate stakeholder communications at all levels.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in PMO or similar role in a technical and/or research environment with a focus on projects that involve both the public & private sectors.
- Exposure to projects involving AI algorithms, robotics, or big data analytics.
- Prior experience in the Security and Defense domain and familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in Security and Defense.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
