We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager Intern to join our dynamic team and help us drive our projects to success.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Project Manager Intern, you will assist our project management team in coordinating various aspects of our projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with experienced project managers and other team members to support project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Support project managers in organizing project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.

  • Help track project progress and deliverables, ensuring that milestones are met.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and updates.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports and presentations.

  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for project improvement.

  • Help maintain project management tools and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
