We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and growth of our Passkeys product. This role is ideal for someone interested in product management, user authentication technologies, and creating user-friendly security solutions. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our Passkeys product offering, ensuring it meets the needs of both our customers and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in defining our Passkeys product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Help identify integration for passkeys across the 1Kosmos product stack
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
2. Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of the product.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize features and create detailed product requirements.
3. Execution & Delivery:
- Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features and functionality.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure the quality and performance of the Passkeys product.
4. Customer-Centric Focus:
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Support the creation of user journeys and experiences that make Passkeys intuitive and delightful to use.
5. Communication & Documentation:
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for product features, processes, and updates.
- Present product updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role (internships included).
- Strong understanding of authentication technologies, such as Passkeys, FIDO standards, or similar systems, is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
