CRMOZ — We have been an official partner of Zoho Corp. for over 9 years, and we have clients all over the world. We implement, integrate, and support our clients with all issues related to Zoho Software and many more. Now we’re looking for a Junior IT Sales Manager.

Who you are:

  • A desire to develop in IT Sales / Business Development;
  • Experience of working with Upwork as a sales manager (a plus);
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (a plus);
  • Upper intermediate or advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
  • Curiosity, ability, and willingness to learn something new every day;
  • Flexibility in communication with clients, ability to listen, understand, and connect;
  • Ability to write personalized and engaging proposals;
  • Multitasking abilities, working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills.

What you will do:

  • Find new projects on Upwork that fit our skills and rates;
  • Handle incoming requests from potential customers;
  • Write effective and detailed proposals;
  • Provide initial consultation to the customer regarding our services and how we can solve their problems;
  • Present rough estimates to ensure we fit clients’ budgets (with assistance from our technical team);
  • Maintain further communications and conduct negotiations with the client, upsell additional services and products;
  • Bridge the communication gap between the team and the client, ensuring consistent communication and timely feedback.
