GeniusXLab is hiring a motivated Junior Full Stack Software Engineer to grow into a well-rounded engineer through hands-on work on real client projects. You will be supported by senior engineers, participate in an active engineering team, and ship production code from the beginning—not only training exercises or isolated tasks.

GeniusXLab provides custom software, web and mobile applications, and AI-enabled integrations for clients across industries. Its work includes technologies such as React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, and .NET. The company is looking for an early-career developer who learns quickly, communicates clearly, takes responsibility, and wants to build a long-term engineering career.

What you will do

  • Work closely with senior engineers to learn the team’s technology stack, workflows, engineering practices, and code-quality standards.
  • Participate actively in standups, sprint planning, technical discussions, and code reviews.
  • Build and maintain front-end and back-end features under senior-engineer guidance.
  • Help develop, test, debug, and improve RESTful APIs, services, and application functionality.
  • Write clean, readable, maintainable code while balancing delivery speed with quality.
  • Write and run tests to improve the reliability of your work.
  • Investigate and fix bugs, including small performance and usability issues.
  • Apply secure-coding and responsible data-handling practices from the start.
  • Take ownership of clearly scoped engineering tasks and deliver them reliably.
  • Receive feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and quickly apply what you learn.
  • Gradually take on more complex features and a larger scope of responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.
  • Connect technical work to client needs, product outcomes, and business impact.

Required qualifications

  • Foundational experience with at least one front-end framework:
    • React, Vue, or Angular
  • Foundational experience with at least one back-end technology:
    • Node.js, .NET, or a similar server-side framework/platform
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and how front-end applications communicate with back-end services.
  • Solid programming fundamentals, including data structures and core software-development concepts.
  • Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to learn new tools, frameworks, and codebases quickly.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to receive, act on, and grow from feedback.
  • Strong curiosity, self-direction, and comfort working through unfamiliar technical problems.

What GeniusXLab values

  • Resourcefulness: You investigate, experiment, and make a genuine attempt to solve a problem before escalating it.
  • Communication: You keep teammates and stakeholders informed, ask clear questions, and communicate progress or blockers early.
  • Accountability: You follow through on commitments, own mistakes, and focus on solutions.
  • Growth mindset: You are eager to improve, welcome code review, and treat challenges as learning opportunities.
  • Ownership: You care about delivering useful, reliable work—not merely completing assigned tickets.

What you will gain

  • Experience contributing to real, client-facing software features and platforms.
  • Practical mentorship and code review from experienced engineers.
  • Exposure to web, mobile, and AI-integrated software projects.
  • A remote, flexible, async-friendly work environment across compatible Americas and EU time zones.
  • A clear progression path toward greater technical ownership and long-term engineering leadership.

Application requirements

To be considered, submit:

  • Your LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Your résumé in PDF format.
  • A portfolio or GitHub link, if available.
  • A short explanation of why you want to grow with GeniusXLab and what you hope to learn in your first year.

If applying by email, send your application to [email protected] with the subject line:
