We power amateur competitive gaming by providing the infrastructure behind it all, including the most popular titles, real-time stats, coaching tools, and on-demand support. Simply put, we make esports easy. Our mission is to create transformative opportunities for personal growth and skill development through gaming.
We are looking for a full-stack engineer who is hungry to learn, quick to adapt, and eager to take ownership. What You’ll Get To Do
- Contribute to building features across the stack, from front-end interfaces with React to back-end services with Node.js
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, user-facing experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that improves reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production, ensuring a seamless experience for our users
- Continuously learn and improve by experimenting, analyzing results, and iterating on your work
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience (internships may count)
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and comfort with frameworks like React and Node.js
- Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo, or willingness to learn quickly
- A proactive self-starter mindset: you don’t wait for tasks to come to you, you seek out opportunities to add value
- Grit and perseverance: you are motivated to tackle challenging problems and keep going when things get tough
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team
- Growth mindset: you are excited to receive feedback, experiment, and improve every day
