About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to shape the user experience of our platform, bring our product designs to life, and create tools that support our internal teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of our flagship Medicare recommendation platform
- Help maintain and evolve our marketing website and user-facing components
- Build internal tools that improve efficiency and decision-making for our teams
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional code
- Learn new technologies and best practices as part of a supportive, experienced team
What We’re Looking For
Must Haves:
- Solid, practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Svelte)
- Familiarity with Git for version control
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and comfort in a startup environment
Desired but not Required:
- 1+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Vue 3, Nuxt, Tailwind CSS, Typescript, or Figma
- An eye for design, usability, and user-centric development
- Exposure to back-end technologies like C#/.NET, Elixir, or SQL
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS
- Medicare and/or healthcare experience
