We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Content Developer to join our growing global marketing team. This role will play a key part in creating compelling, SEO-optimized content that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our Direct and Indirect marketing channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketers across regions to support campaigns, blog content, eBooks, landing pages, and web copy—using AI tools to enhance efficiency and output. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior content creator to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced, and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit marketing campaign content including blogs, email copy, landing pages, and website updates
- Support the creation of thought leadership assets such as eBooks, guides, and case studies
- Ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices and brand tone of voice
- Collaborate with regional marketing leads to adapt content for different markets and personas
- Work alongside the digital and design teams to bring campaigns and content to life across channels
- Leverage AI tools to improve writing productivity and streamline first drafts or content ideation
- Help maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Participate in content performance analysis to optimize future content based on results
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a content writing, marketing, or digital media role (internships or freelance work welcome)
- Experience with AI tools to create & repurpose content development
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of digital content samples
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency
- Highly collaborative, organized, and eager to learn
- Experience or interest in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or eLearning is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred
