JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Business Analyst

Remote

Driven Brands is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who wants to make a difference!

Reporting to the Director of Analytics and supporting our Auto Glass Now (AGN) brand, this role is responsible for delivering clear, actionable insights that inform operational decision-making.

This role collaborates with AGN leadership, translating business questions into structured analysis, identifying performance drivers, and delivering recommendations that influence the business. The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders.

How you will Own It:
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand objectives and define analytical needs.

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.

  • Document business logic, assumptions, KPIs, and requirements for the organization.

  • Clearly communicate & deliver analysis to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.

  • Build and maintain Excel-based analytical files used to support recurring and ad-hoc decision-making.

What you’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and analytical problem-solving.

  • Foundational experience writing or using SQL queries to extract and validate data. Proficiency not required.

  • Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills.

  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong business judgment.

Added Fuel if you have:
  • 1-3 years of internship and/or professional experience in business analysis or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in querying & manipulating large datasets using SQL.

  • Experience in data visualization, preferably in Tableau, Qlik or Power BI.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
