About the Job:  

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Junior AI Engineer, you’ll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.  

What You’ll Get to Do:  

• Develop AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related technologies to create intelligent agents and copilots that enhance business operations
• Working alongside experienced team members, you will analyze internal use cases to identify opportunities for AI implementation
• Interact with business stakeholders to understand their needs and present solutions
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to track and communicate project progress and achievements

What You’ll Bring with You:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Programming experience with Java, Python or similar languages
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Willingness to work in the Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days per week
