In this entry-level role, the successful candidate will be an integral part of our client relations and sales support functions, helping to nurture and expand our client base while gaining valuable experience in the account management field. The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior team members to understand client needs, assist in developing tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide product or service information.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress using CRM software.
  • Follow up with clients promptly to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
