Manage a portfolio of content creators and influencers, identify their business needs, provide solutions, and support account growth. The role involves daily client and stakeholder interaction, creator relationship management, problem-solving, and exposure to digital advertising across major social platforms. It requires English and Spanish fluency, flexibility, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in English
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
- Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need.
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
- Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
