Compensation: $20-25 per hour

Position Overview:

As a Junior Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client-facing teams and managing customer relationships. You'll collaborate closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction, streamline communications, and help deliver an exceptional experience.

This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow a career in cybersecurity account management or sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior account managers with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate client meetings, take detailed notes, and help manage follow-up tasks.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
  • Help maintain and update client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Track ongoing client projects and ensure timely internal communication on status and deadlines.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (sales, compliance, technical services) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for client relationship enhancement and communicate these insights to senior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software (experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
