WHY WE NEED YOU


We’re looking for a Jr. Product / Program Manager to support product initiatives through the end of 2025. In this hybrid role, you’ll partner cross-functionally to manage user testing programs, gather and analyze user feedback across hardware, UI, and UX, and help shape product definition and development.


Reporting to the Director of Product, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering high-impact user experiences, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re highly organized, curious, and excited to contribute to shaping the future of connected fitness, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and execute a user testing program and process, including participant coordination, feedback collection, and insight synthesis
  • Gather and analyze program feedback across hardware, UI, and UX experiences and provide actionable product recommendations
  • Translate user insights into clear, actionable product recommendations
  • Support the product definition process by working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
  • Help drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to project planning and tracking to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
  • Participate in team meetings to stay aligned and contribute to continuous improvement

WHO YOU ARE

  • 1–2 years of experience in a product, program, or UX research-related role 
  • Experience with user research methods and product development processes
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Curious and empathetic: You love to understand how people think and use that insight to make better products
  • Organized and proactive: You know how to get things done, even with a lot of moving parts
  • Clear communicator and collaborator: You can distill complex ideas into simple explanations, and you enjoy working with others
  • Passionate about health and fitness
  • Bonus points for experience with hardware or connected fitness product
  • Local to Boston, MA and available to work in our Seaport office 3–4 days per week
