Jr. Contract Lifecycle Operations Specialist

Location: Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Jacksonville | Hybrid

About the Role

This position is critical for managing legal agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the quote-to-cash workflow. Acting as a liaison between sales, legal, and other business units, the role enhances operational efficiency, reduces legal risk, and improves client experience.

How You Will Make an Impact 

  • Contract Lifecycle Operations: Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Contract Analysis: Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients. After execution, deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows.
  • Document & Template Management: Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates.
  • Administrative Support: Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation.
  • Collaboration & Training: Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms.

Technical Skills

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

California: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 plus discretionary bonus USD to $75,000 plus discretionary bonus USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 USD to $75,000 USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
