DEPARTMENT MISSION

The analytics team partners with its clients and agency co-workers to help answer three fundamental questions: what happened? so what? and what’s next? Our answers to these questions are rooted in and driven by data. As such, we are experts in leveraging data to measure marketing results, analyze trends and relationships, and identify opportunities for improving marketing and business performance over time. Ultimately, we believe data itself is not a competitive differentiator, rather how a company makes its data actionable that will determine its competitive advantage. 

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a motivated (Junior) Analyst to join our digital marketing analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop expertise in data analysis while supporting our clients' digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members to create reports, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to data-driven insights that optimize marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support campaign analysis by identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Help with digital media and website tracking, build and update automated dashboards and data visualizations
  • Participate in client calls to present findings and answer questions about campaign performance
  • Collaborate with senior analysts on more complex analytical projects and research initiatives
  • Learn and apply new analytics tools and methodologies under guidance from experienced team members

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related analytical field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or related field
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for guidance
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and analytical techniques
