The ideal candidate will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and remain hands-on in building robust backend systems, workflow orchestration, and headless architecture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead design and development of backend-heavy full stack applications
• Architect and implement workflow orchestration solutions (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, Step Functions)
• Build and manage headless architectures using APIs and microservices
• Develop scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Enforce best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and performance
• Participate in architecture reviews, production support, and technical decision-making
REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES
Angular 16+ is mandatory
• Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
• Solid full stack knowledge with API-first and headless architecture design
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines and event-driven systems
• Experience building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with CI/CD pipelines
• Leadership experience guiding teams and owning technical outcomes
