JOB LOCATION: Cambridge, MA
POSITION: IT Solution - Product Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a IT Solution - Product Engineer with the following duties: Determine technical product development approaches, use different technologies, patterns and design methods along with modern scripted deployment techniques to rapidly and iteratively deliver on product development and enhancements; serve as a Technical Member of the product team providing Technical Design, and Implementation and Deployment artifacts through the iterative delivery of a product; work independently on tough problems with other team members and independently solve, with some guidance, very difficult technology problems; understand how to translate User, UX / usability and operational feedback into technical product design and implementation; design, build and deploy complex systems and products to R&D to deliver value to our pipe-line while ensuring we have a forward-looking technology base; demonstrate advanced tooling and techniques to other technical organizations throughout the company; and ensure good up to date system documentations to ensure operational excellence; Ability to work as part of a delivery team including Product Managers, DevOps, Service teams, Customers, vendors and others to deliver products that make impact and deliver value; up to 20% remote work allowed.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of prior experience. Prior experience must include: Experience with software development technologies using React, Angular, Angular JS, Java, Spring Boot,.NET, SQL, RESTful Apis; Determine technical product development approaches using different technologies, design patterns and design methods along with scripted deployment techniques using modern JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD platforms, Git hub, multi cloud platform; Manage multiple stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration and provide innovative solutions using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Change Management, Version Control, Agile software development methodology.
Full time. $124500.00 - $167256.00 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
