The IT Researcher will engage in recruiting for IT positions, build candidate relationships, perform market research, and report on recruitment processes, while gaining technical knowledge and enhancing negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
- English from Upper-intermediate level;
- Negotiation skills and work with objections;
- Basic knowledge of programming technology differences;
- Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance;
- Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility.
Will be a plus
- Completed Recruiting Courses;
- Experience or internship as an IT Recruiter or as an IT Researcher;
- Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
- Building relationships with candidates, keeping in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
- Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
- Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
- Maintenance of candidate base;
- Market research.
