Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team onsite in Framingham, MA. This contract recruiter will own full-cycle hiring across corporate and technical functions, with a strong focus on sourcing, process coordination, and hiring manager partnership. It is a strong opportunity for an early-career recruiter who wants broad exposure, a visible seat at the table, and hands-on experience supporting a high-volume, fast-moving talent function.
What You'll Do as the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for openings across functions such as marketing, finance, general and administrative, and technical teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
- Develop talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process from intake to offer stage
- Help coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the process moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate activity, candidate records, and requisition details within the ATS
- Share market feedback and candidate insights to help improve hiring decisions and search strategy
- Support a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
- Contribute ideas that improve recruiting efficiency, pipeline quality, and overall process execution
Must-Haves as the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to IT, technical, or corporate hiring
- Full-cycle recruiting experience or strong ownership of sourcing and candidate management
- Confidence sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach
- Ability to manage multiple openings, priorities, and stakeholder requests at once
- Strong communication skills and a professional, candidate-facing presence
- High attention to detail with solid organization and follow-through
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Availability to work onsite in Framingham, MA, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility in schedule
