IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Office (ITPMO). In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering various SaaS IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS IT projects, ensuring alignment with Gainsight’s organizational goals and Human-First values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, operations, Finance, HR, and other lines of business as needed, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools like Monday.com and Smartsheets.
Leverage Innovation Automation and AI-based applications to optimize project workflows, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring effective communication and accountability.
Ensure adherence to ITPMO standards, processes, and best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Success in this role will be measured by outcomes such as:On-Time Delivery: Ensure 90%+ of projects are delivered on or before the agreed deadlines.
Budget Compliance: Complete 95%+ of projects within the approved budget.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve an average stakeholder satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate 100% of critical risks before they impact project outcomes.
Scope Accuracy: Deliver 95%+ of projects within the defined scope, with minimal deviations.
Resource Utilization: Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient use of team members and tools.
Communication Effectiveness: Ensure timely, transparent, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Implement process enhancements annually to improve project delivery efficiency.
Return on Investment (ROI): Deliver projects that achieve measurable business value and positive ROI.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT project management or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in SaaS environments.
Strong skills in project planning and execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheets, and AI-based applications.
Experience leveraging Innovation Automation to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.
Great team player with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
