As the IT Project Manager III, the ability to resolve sophisticated problems, explain difficult issues and cultivate positive relationships are all important skills needed for this role. This role will also require extensive knowledge of the software development process and how to use business applications for a competitive advantage!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact to our organization
  • Understands business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle
  • Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise staff and to resolve issues
  • Measures and reports project performance to our leadership team
  • Cultivates positive relationships with our clients and company partners; mentors others
  • Collaborates with others on software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies and deployment management
  • Uses business applications for competitive advantage
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or engineering; a minimum four (4) years’ experience in project management with a minimum two (2) years’ experience in information technology
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Ability to communicate and connect with all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
  • 10% travel as needed
