The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst will oversee project lifecycles, manage requirements, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

We are on the lookout for an IT Project Manager to join our PMO Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure.
- Requirements management: elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups.
- Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc.
- Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes.
- Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Comfortable juggling several projects and working with distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical things in plain language.
- Fluent in English and Russian — both written and spoken (B2+ or higher).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track.
- Able to handle deadlines, resolve conflicts, and keep the team aligned.

- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)
