Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for a “IT Project Manager (100% Remote)”.

 

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $75/hr - $78/hr on W2

 

Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick leave, 401K

 

In this role, you will support projects within the Customer Services Organization. This role is focused on managing internal business applications and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be execution-focused, comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, and experienced working with global cross-functional teams in an IT environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects supporting Customer Services applications and business operations
  • Develop project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning
  • Lead project execution and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Manage 3–8 concurrent projects simultaneously
  • Oversee initiatives such as:
    • Dashboard development and reporting improvements
    • New process and procedure implementation
    • Module implementations
    • Work-in-process (WIP) improvements
  • Collaborate across global teams and stakeholders

 

Technology Environment

  • SAP
  • Power BI and Business Intelligence tools
  • Microsoft tools and ecosystem
  • PM tool: ClickUp (similar to Planner, Azure DevOps, JIRA)

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in IT Project Management (not software development PM)
  • Experience working in Agile, SAFe Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by influence (no direct reports)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones
  • Independence: Must work autonomously and adapt quickly (may take over ongoing projects)
  • Should demonstrate ability to drive execution, articulate plans, and manage global teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in semiconductor or high-tech environments
    (Banking or logistics industry experience also considered)
  • Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft environments
