RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support end-to-end IT project delivery, from scoping through to implementation
- Lead requirement gathering and ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment
- Facilitate collaboration across business, product, and technical teams
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and delivery plans
- Track requirement progress and support project governance and documentation
- Contribute to testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Business Analyst within IT project delivery environments
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
