Job Description

We are looking for a top talented Solution Architect who has the experience leading the solution architecture, design and delivery of complex transformation initiatives
As Program Lead, M&A Integration (Enterprise Systems), you will be responsible for acquisition BizApps (ERP/CRM) integrations in the areas of Enterprise business readiness, Change management strategies, Executive and program communications, training strategy, people enablement, Leadership and stakeholder alignment, Change champion program design and project management resources.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations:
Be accountable for successful program governance of acquisition integrations
Develop and execute business readiness and change management strategies
Using a consultative approach, partner with business and IT stakeholders to create strategic, executive and operational communication plans
Create standard business readiness playbooks that will be used IT-wide for integrating acquired companies and other IT projects
Provide governance and support for the project team thru all phases of the program from discovery, design, build thru delivery
Manage change champions program design and training strategies
Research and determine best solutions for architecture standards, software, and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional IT/Business teams to understand business requirements and enable process adoption methodologies
Lead business users training program plans and ensure transition readiness
Develop pre & post integration key KPIs and metrics for business adoption and stabilization
Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills:
Experience in managing business readiness and program delivery of large scale ERP transformation and integration programs
Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to all audiences, including senior executives
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams
Experienced with Agile methodology for project delivery
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and generate new ideas to improve our business processes with technology
Target Base Salary Range: $98,100 USD - $160,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of experience in managing large scale ERP transformation programs by implementing effective program governance, business readiness, change management and training strategies
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
