Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Join a team of IT Product Owners that are responsible for supporting core front-end applications, primarily for the Dish TV and Sling TV lines of businesses
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Product on a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Prioritize and maintain the technical product backlogs, ensuring teams are focused on the highest value work
- Lead agile ceremonies in close partnership with development teams
- Translate non-technical requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements
- When required, extend role into project and release management to support key business objectives
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role in an IT or technology-driven organization
- Proven experience working in Scrum environments; Agile/SAFe certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Work experience with management & delivery tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, as well as AI-literacy within the stated enterprise tools
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise IT architecture
- Proven experience working in Scrum environments; Agile/SAFe certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Work experience with management & delivery tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, as well as AI-literacy within the stated enterprise tools

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
