BAE Systems is looking for a IT Operations Manager for future work on our government customer's new program that delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels in the environment. This IT Operations Manager will be expected to:

  • Operate, maintain, support, and improve CMI Services at Tier 3 on all domains.
  • Escalate to and coordinate with Tier 4 vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
  • Support Customers as required.
  • Use HelpNow ticketing system to manage work assignments.
  • Monitor CMI Services infrastructure.
  • Provide support M-F during business hours (0600-1800) and on-call after-hours support 24x7 as required.
  • Recommend and implement CSI process improvements, UX enhancements, and innovations for Tier 2 O&M.
  • Implement patches and updates.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 Years relevant work experience (OR 20+ Years Relevant Experience without a Bachelor's degree)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL certification


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
