What You'll Do:

The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving our Corporate IT infrastructure.

• Maintain and improve device management solution for MacBooks, Mac minis, iPads, and iPhones using Jamf Pro

• Maintain and troubleshoot office wired / wireless network using Cisco Meraki appliances

• Maintain and improve onboarding and offboarding including account creation / deletion on different resources

• Experience working with cloud based antivirus solutions and remote deployment using Jamf Pro

• Maintain and improve IT Support ticket board based on incoming requests to deliver IT services in timely manner

• Perform vendor due diligence for existing / new vendors

• Perform quarterly SaaS review with the Finance team

• Maintain and improve meeting rooms technologies and office IT experience for all users

• Work with office alarm system and keyless entry systems to add / remove users and reclaim access cards

• Maintain inventory of the laptops, setup/ship laptops and peripherals to new hires and factory reset the laptops of offboarded employees

• Work with the Security Manager to order laptops, peripherals, etc.

Must Haves:

3+ years of Cisco Meraki experience

2+ years of Jamf Pro experience

Nice to Haves:

Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist certification

Jamf Certified Associate certification
