Schedule Details/Additional Information:

  • A background in Organization Change Management;  Prosci certification would be a plus.
  • Experience with benefit analysis and return on investment calculations.   We want to do post project reviews to validate expected benefits and/or savings.
  • Experience with various reporting tools and platforms.  Experience with ServiceNow would be a plus.  
  • Experience with scoping out technical requirements for various initiatives, including technology, cost, timeline, and resources. Demonstrated background with large-scale initiatives affecting an entire enterprise.
  • At least some background with Microsoft Copilot and use of commands.
  • Ability to oversee administrative processes, such as the intake of new requests, documentation review for correctness and executive clarity. 
  • Strong presentation presence, easily managing both virtual and onsite meetings.   Ability create concise and polished agendas.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assists more experienced analysts to understand and document the business requirements to solve for technology related business problems.
  • Conducts interview sessions with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technical resources to define and construct effective functional requirements.
  • Creates easy to use business process mappings of systems and workflows to show complete interdependencies between entities.
  • May participate in business planning and portfolio/demand management.
  • Maintains productive relationship with peers and management in HIT and the business function.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 1 year of experience in information systems

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Basic knowledge of computer operating platforms, applications software, and network software.
  • Ability to prepare, import, and manipulate information in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with key leaders.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate ideas both technically and in a business friendly manner.
  • Basic knowledge and ability in the use of project management software, tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge, understanding and ability to follow change management processes.
  • Ability to work with and communicate well with clinical and technical customers, vendors, peers, and management.
  • Ability to set appropriate priorities and accomplish assignments in a thorough and timely manner.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Work environment may contain dust, dirt, and noise. May be exposed to mechanical and electrical hazards.
  • May be exposed to patient care areas, therefore, personal protective equipment will be worn as necessary.
  • May require incumbents to carry a pager, and requires off-hour functions such as emergency issue resolution, support, and routine system updates.
  • Requires some travel. May be exposed to road and weather hazards.
  • Generally exposed to a normal office environment. Sits the majority of the workday, but also may lift, reach, and bend throughout the day.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35
