IT Helpdesk / AV Support Administrator
The Operations team is looking for an IT Helpdesk & Audio Visual Support Administrator to design, install and support conferencing and collaboration systems in a variety of Axis Communications environments. Primary responsibility is assisting with IT Helpdesk duties as defined below and being the go-to support person for AV in the region. We are seeking a candidate with the skills and abilities to project manage, install, diagnose and support audio visual and conferencing systems. Also able to work independently or as part of a team to oversee installation and troubleshoot systems as required.

What you will do
- Administer Windows laptops for end-users across multiple sites in the Americas
- Respond to service requests and provide end-user support including the troubleshooting and administration of laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and telephony in a timely manner
- Assist with user account management
- Oversee the design and install of audio-visual equipment
- Provide creative and out of the box training to users
- Create / update documentation for solutions
- Assist with production of Live Regional Events
- Project Manage installation and maintenance
- Perform preventative maintenance testing and be able to quickly diagnose problems
- Maintain room scheduling units and digital
- Use helpdesk platform to respond to end user requests
- Travel to Regional Experience Center locations as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Who are we looking for

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.
- Works well under pressure, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and be able to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of AV technologies including setup, configuration and operation of complex video conferencing systems and backend IT/networking infrastructure
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to program and maintain Crestron control systems
- Comfortable working with Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams
Education and Experience
- Associates / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- At least three (3) years of experience with audio visual and/or video production.
- 2+ years of IT / AV Helpdesk Experience
Valued but not required skills or experience
- Crestron and Cisco Collaboration certifications

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this location and position is $66,000 - $73,000 annually On Target Earnings / Total Target Compensation. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state
