We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment with the initiative to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for a high volume of retail investors, addressing account questions, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high standard of service
  • Develop and apply strong working knowledge of Fundrise's products, investment structures, and strategies to accurately and confidently support investors
  • Evaluate our current AI tools and responses to identify gaps, improve the customer experience, and drive team efficiency
  • Work with the Fundrise team to develop systematic methods for scaling our business and further supporting our growing investor base 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of prior customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • An understanding of the impact of positive, proactive customer service on brand loyalty and customer retention
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Comfort working independently while staying closely coordinated with a team
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Desire to learn about Fundrise products and investment strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • Prior customer service experience in real estate or financial services
