What the Role Is

As a Lead Inventory Clerk on the Weekend Shift, you’ll be a key contributor to our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team. You’ll perform hands-on audits and investigations, support your peers with clarity and care, and help maintain accurate inventory data that powers our customers' experience.
This role is perfect for someone with ICQA experience who is excited to lead by example—providing informal guidance, solving problems in real-time, and stepping up during critical moments. You won’t be a formal supervisor, but you’ll be someone your team can rely on.

The schedule for this role is Friday - Sunday 6:00 am- 6:30 pm at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.

  • Experienced & Detail-Oriented: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, and you take pride in getting things right the first time.

  • Weekend-Ready: You’re fully available to work Friday–Sunday from 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.
  • Physically Prepared: You can lift up to 50 lbs and feel comfortable standing, bending, and moving for most of a 10–12 hour shift.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead ICQA Tasks: Perform and guide cycle counts, location audits, and root cause investigations.
  • Resolve Issues: Identify and escalate discrepancies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Support Your Team: Be a resource for peers—answering questions, reinforcing processes, and supporting onboarding.
  • Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate records of counts, adjustments, and quality actions.
  • Keep Communication Clear: Work closely with Wave Planning, Receiving, and other partners to ensure alignment.
  • Foster a Positive Culture: Promote inclusion, safety, and shared success throughout your shift.

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards.
The pay rate for this role is $26.75 per hour. (This includes any applicable shift differentials.)
