Warehouse Inventory Analyst 2nd Shift
Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill a new requirement that serves as a front-desk and expediting responsibilities. This position is for the second shift and is crucial for maintaining efficient administrative and physical operations. The role requires the ability to work independently due to fewer managers on site during this shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform essential front-desk duties and expedite various tasks.

  • Execute physical and administrative tasks related to materials management.

  • Handle shipping and receiving processes.

  • Manage order fulfillment.

  • Oversee the storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

  • Work to mitigate inventory discrepancies, which are often caused by mistransactions or physically moving parts without proper transactions.

  • Eventually, train in additional areas within receiving and other functions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently is crucial for success on the second shift.

  • Prior experience with PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) forklift operation is highly recommended.

  • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

Target Base Salary Range: $33,700  - $50,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
